Good to know

The indicated rates are per person for a minimum stay of 3 days
For a stay of less than 3 days we charge an additional fee of 10,00 € per person.
All our comfortable rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer telephone, satellite TV and safe.
If you wish to have only bed and breakfast, we deduct 12,00 € from the half board price per day.
Full board upon request for an additional fee of 16,00 € per day and person - and 12,00 € for children until their 12th birthday.
There are two "typical" single rooms - if they are already booked out when you wish to have a single room, we charge an additional fee of 15,00 € per night.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 200,00 € per room is required.
Cancellation terms: please let us know in time if you need to cancel your vacation. There are no cancellation fees if you let us know at least one month in advance of your scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellation up to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. From 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival or in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 80% of the price. We therefore recommend to purchase travel cancellation insurance.
Of course, you can bring your dog for 6,00 € per day without food. Please bring a blanket or a basket for your dog. Only in the restaurant and the "Venus Oasis" dogs are not welcome. The dog owner is liable for any damages caused by the dog in and around our hotel.
