So that you are prepared for your vacation in our 4-star family hotel in South Tyrol, we have briefly listed all the important details.<\/p>\n

Room<\/h4>\n

The listed prices are per person including Adlernest half board and all inclusive services.
In addition to the indicated prices for overnight stays a local tax per person (from 14 years) and day will be charged. This will be settled on the spot.
All our rooms are equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, SAT-TV, WLAN and safe. Some also have a kitchenette (with dishes).
We have two single rooms. If these are already occupied, a surcharge of 70% will be charged for single use of a double room.<\/p>\n

Booking<\/h4>\n

For the definitive booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 30% per room.<\/p>\n

Arrival<\/h4>\n

For arrivals after 6 pm we ask for a short telephone message.<\/p>\n

Catering<\/h4>\n

– Bed and breakfast: \u20ac 15 will be deducted from the half board daily rate.
– Day guests: breakfast at \u20ac 24, 5-course menu in the evening at \u20ac 60<\/p>\n

Dogs<\/h4>\n

You want to take your four-legged friend with you to the Adlernest? No problem! Please don’t forget to bring a blanket or basket to keep your faithful companion comfortable on vacation. We ask for your understanding that we charge \u20ac 10 per day (without food) for your dog and for the fact that he has no access to the dining room, game room, gym, swimming pool and wellness area.<\/p>\n

Payment options<\/h4>\n

You can pay your bill with cash and\/or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).<\/p>\n

Cancellation conditions<\/h4>\n

Please inform us in time if you want to cancel your vacation.<\/p>\n

There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to one month before your arrival.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before your arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellation 14 days or more before the start of the vacation, late arrival or early departure, 90% of the price of the stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation 3 days before arrival, the full price of the stay will be charged.
