Get ready to rumble
Wake up in the cozy eagle’s nest, snuggle into the pillows once again and then stroll relaxed to a good breakfast. This is how we understand pure vacation relaxation. If crispy pastries, steaming coffee, fresh juices and sweet egg dishes from neighbor’s chickens are still waiting for you here. Well. Then hopefully we have done everything right.
Lunchtime
Kids buffet for free
Children are hungry. Often! That’s why they get a free lunch at the ¾ pension. You can also leave them in our experienced childcare hands at lunchtime. Spaghetti threading included. On request, we will be happy to prepare something à la carte from the fresh bistro menu for all our larger guests.
For hard-working hikers, there is also a free children’s lunch at the Lazaun Hütte.
Afternoon
Follow your roots!
In addition to a cracking start to the day, your ¾ pension also includes a tasty afternoon snack. And it’s a colorful mix. At our “ROOTS MARKET” you will find products exclusively from the Schnals Valley. Definitely not for bores! So that you survive the day well culinarily and always stay strong.

Let’s be honest: Is there anything better than being spoiled with delicious food by warm hosts in a great ambience? Exactly! Your palate needs a special lunch treat? In our à la carte bistro you can also enjoy regional specialties at lunchtime – light, easy and always fresh from the pan. Whether dear hotel guests or hungry wanderers, with us you get typical South Tyrolean dishes freshly interpreted. In the nest or on the terrace. Of course, from the best, seasonal ingredients. And simply guad!

You want it exclusive? Casual and relaxed at the same time? You like pure, genuine culinary art and refined creations? You can have! Our 7 or 9 course menu will drive you crazy. Again and again. Whether buttery tenderloin, light vegetarian compositions or heavenly desserts. In the Serafina our cooking professionals let off steam. Put their heads together and keep creating hot new menus.
Why 30 KM? Because we take “regional” bitterly seriously. Only seasonal ingredients grown no more than 30 kilometers away are used in the menu.

Milk, cheese, meat, eggs and our crisp vegetables come fresh every day from the suppliers we trust.
We believe that you can taste passion. And that's exactly how we cook at the Adlernest.
Our earth is our home. Especially here in the beautiful Schnals Valley, we love nature and want to do everything we can to protect it in the best possible way. For example, we rely on seasonal products, save paper, use modern QR codes for menu and info and simply leave out the tablecloths at breakfast. Water & energy saving made easy.
Our kitchen crew consists of great people who are top trained. And an absolutely well-rehearsed team!

Eyes closed, taste buds open. Fine citrus notes, hot pepper and herbaceous aromas: as an award-winning gineast, hotel chef Matthias knows every flavor nuance of our juniper favorite. And not only that: His legendary “Nest Gin” is known far beyond the country’s borders and has been decorated with gold several times. We bow our heads in reverence! Matthias will convey his passion for gin to you during smooth tastings.

You want to earn your favorite dish honestly? You like a relaxed hut stop, but please with a cool view, charming hosts and a place in the sun? Yes, and what are you waiting for? Whether you are a hiker, a boarder, a skier or a tobogganist, let’s go to the Lazaun!
On the hut wait griabige delicacies and regional specials. Crispy crispy from the pan or the oven. At the same time, only “good things” are served at the Lazaun: meat from our own farm, crisp seasonal vegetables, local game and, of course, our homemade apple strudel.

You should definitely persuade Mom or Dad to hike to the Lazaunhütte together with Armin. Because a cool playground and a petting zoo are waiting for you there. As Adlernest chicks, you get your free kids’ lunch menu right there at the hut. And while you feast in peace, pet the animals and explore nature, we’ll take care of your parents. Promised. With good food and fine drinks. Don’t worry, we have them under control!
